What do you need to know about our services?
- Bell tents are available to hire between 1st April to 30th September.
- Depending on the bell tent size, you need to allow an additional 2m of flat area to ensure there is enough room for the guide ropes. Please check the size of your garden and that the space is free from paving, decking, furniture, overhanging trees and other obstacles to allow for guy ropes and safe set up.
- Our bell tents can only be set up on real grass. Unfortunately, we cannot set up an artificial lawn as the pegs will damage the membrane.
- Our bell tents cannot be out in winds that exceed 50mph. If the wind conditions exceed this the booking will need to be rescheduled.
- They are waterproof and fire retardant that complies with BS5852 European fire-retardant safety standards.
- To secure a date we require a £50 deposit, the remaining balance is due one week before hire.
- We also take a £50 refundable security deposit which is returned providing there is no damage to equipment or the Bell tent.
- Delivery (within a 15mile radius of DA12), set up and dismantling is included in the price.
- Outside this area, you will incur a delivery fee.
