These are the payment Terms and Conditions of Charlie’s Angels Parties. If for any reason you do not agree with our terms then please notify us of your concerns, before considering a purchase of our services.

Overview; General Terms & Conditions
1.1 The total payment for the party is due seven days prior to the Party date.
1.2 Any damages or stains to Tents,  Teepee’s, Bedding or any other hire equipment will result in your holding deposit being non-returnable and any extra costs incurred will be invoiced to you. To avoid stains that we cannot remove, we ask that food and drink not be consumed inside the tents and also any nail varnish applied is completely dry. If children are wearing any type of make-up we would ask that they wash it off, before they snuggle up in to bed.
1.3 Delivery, assembly, styling and collection is included in our costs however if the customer lives outside of the 30-mile radius to DA12 we will provide a quotation for transport.
1.4 If a customer would like to change the date of the party, 7 days notice is required.

1.5 All prices are subject to change, however, prices quoted at the time of the booking will always be honoured.
1.6 It is the responsibility of the customer to take the duty of care and supervise children with hire equipment.
1.7 Charlies Angels Parties recommend our services for children from 5 years old however it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that any children under the age of 5 years old will be fully supervised at all times. Children under the age of 5 should not be left overnight in Teepee’s or A-Frame tents unsupervised.
1.8 It is the responsibility of the customer to check if any children have any food allergies or skin allergies if they book any of our packages that provide food or spa hampers.
1.9 It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that no candles or any other naked flames or matches are in reach of the children due to fire hazards especially around all of the materials and decorations which although are all CE certified are still flammable and must be kept away from fire.

1.10 Smoking is strictly prohibited for fire hazard and to prevent cigarette smoke odour on our tents and equipment. If it is found that the tents have been in a smoke environment, we would need to have the tent professionally cleaned and the cost would be £30.00 which would result in your holding deposit being nonreturnable.
1.11 Charlies Angels Parties ask that customers refrain from allowing pets on any of the hire equipment.

Bell Tent Terms & Conditions
2.1 A £50 deposit is required in order to secure the chosen date for the party. If the party is cancelled or rescheduled within 4 weeks of the date of the party this deposit is non-refundable
2.2 The balance for the party is due 1 week prior to the party.
2.3 The hire of the Bell Tent requires an additional £50.00 security deposit to be paid when the final balance is due. This is then returned after collection of the bell tent and once all items have been inspected for any damages that may have occurred. Any damages or stains to the Bell Tent, bedding or any other hire equipment will result in your holding deposit being non-returnable
and any extra costs incurred will be invoiced to you. To avoid stains that we cannot remove, we ask that food and drink not be consumed in the beds.
2.4 You must not use any cooking, or gas appliances of any kind, inside the tent.
2.5 Naked flames and campfires that are used by the tent must be a minimum of 5m away.
2.6 Smoking is strictly prohibited for fire hazard and also to prevent cigarette smoke odour on our tents and equipment. If it is found that the tents have been in a smoked in, we would need to have the tent professionally cleaned and the cost would be £50.00 which would result in your holding deposit is non-returnable.
2.7 No candles, or any other naked flames or matches to be used in the tent.
2.8 Dogs are not permitted in tents.
2.9 You agree that Charlies Angels Parties, its Agents, Officers or Employees, accept no liability for any personal injury or damage to any persons or property suffered during the period of your usage
2.10 No shoes with any heels are permitted to be worn inside the tent as this is will cause damage to the groundsheet to which you will be liable
2.11 All rubbish, food and drink items are to be fully cleared from the tent upon departure. Any items left to which Charlies Angels Parties have to dispose of will be invoiced for payment.

2.12 Delivery, assembly, styling & collection is included in our costs however if the customer lives outside of a 15-mile radius to DA12 additional travel expenses will apply.
2.13 All prices are subject to change, however, prices quoted at the time of the booking will always be honoured.
2.14 It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure children are supervised when around hire equipment.
2.15 It is the responsibility of the customer to check if anyone has any food allergies or skin allergies if they book any of our packages that provide food or spa hampers.
2.16 You agree that Charlie’s Angels Parties will not be held liable for any: Act of God including tempest, fire, flood, storm or natural disaster; War, civil war, sabotage or act of terrorism; Government sanction, embargo, import or export regulation or order; Labour disputes, including strikes, lockouts, boycotts or other industrial action; Failure in the transportation of equipment, machinery or personnel or in the provision of any utility including power, gas, water, or communication services.

Teepee Sleepover Terms and conditions

Hot Tub terms and conditions
Hire Period
4.1 The full hire period are the dates shown on the hire invoice. At the end of the hire period, goods not made ready for collection will be placed back on hire for a further hire period at the same hire charge you must pay us the extra charges when we ask for them, to include any additional costs incurred.
4.2 The contract comes into effect when you have accepted your order and paid the rental amount.
4.3 Your responsibility when hiring the Hot tub: you must assist us in the delivery and collection at your location. You must give us clear instructions and take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of our people. We accept no responsibility for any damage or injuries caused.
4.4 The hirer will supply the water for the equipment in the hire period.
4.5 You must make sure you have a suitable supply of electricity and it must be in close proximity to where the hot tub will be placed.
4.6 We require a flat level base to sit the hot tub on, this can be slabs, concrete, blocks or any firm hard standing.
4.7 The hirer will inspect the hot tub with Charlie’s Angels Parties and note and sign for any damage on the equipment.
4.8 You, the hirer become responsible for the hot tub when you receive it – please take extra care to stop any sharp objects from being around or in the hot tub and prevent people from jumping in or on the hot tub.
4.9 We will need a drain close by to empty the hot tub at the end of the hire period if you do not wish us to empty the water in the surrounding area.
4.10 Cancellations You can cancel your hot tub hire booking up to one week before delivery time and your deposit will be refunded in full. If you cancel after that your deposit will be forfeited.

4.11 Accident/ Injury The hirer acknowledges that the use of the hot tub is at the hirer’s own risk
4.12 Charlie’s Angels Parties will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries or death.
4.13 Charlie’s Angels Parties will not be liable for accidents, injuries, or death caused by misuse of our tubs – this includes falling over on wet surfaces or falling in or out of the hot tub, use of drink, drugs etc.
4.14 Pregnant ladies must not use the hot tub or seek doctors advice first. Anyone on medication must consult their doctor and if you have any health concerns, please consult your doctor before hot tub use.
4.15 Children under the age of 16 should only be allowed to use the hot tub under strict adult supervision. We do not recommend a temperature higher than 37 degrees Celcius for children younger than 16. Time should be limited to 15 minutes at a time as overheating can occur after this.
4.16 Safety Instructions You must make sure that everyone using the hot tub is properly instructed on how to use it safely and correctly and that they have all read the instructions we have supplied. On arrival, we will explain how to care for the tub and how to use it. Ideally, the person hiring should be the person who is there during set-up but if this is not possible, it is the responsibility of the person there to pass on this important information.
4.17 Enter the water with care making sure it is not too hot (test first). You the hirer must make sure the hot tub is not misused. Only use plastic glasses in the hot tub. Do not enter the hot tub with clothes on, suitable swimming attire only. Do not enter the hot tub with shoes on or with any sharp object on your person. Do not dive or jump into the hot tub. Do not sit on the hot tub cover. Do not stand on the hot tub housing. Do not put naked flames/candles near the hot tub Do not smoke in or near the hot tub
4.18 You the hirer must ensure everyone using the hot tub is in a sound, healthy and fit state or have permission from their doctor where appropriate to use the hot tub safely.
4.19 You the hirer must make sure users are not under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
4.20 You must ensure the cover is on to retain the heat when not in use. Always leave the hot tub plugged in and switched on when not in use in order for the filtration/heating systems to work.
4.21 If it is accidentally switched off or a power failure occurs, the tub will need to be switched back on and reset as shown in the setup demonstration. You must make sure everyone showers before using the hot tub.
4.22 Chemicals Your health and wellbeing are of the utmost importance to us. Our hot tubs are thoroughly cleaned at our base before each new hire period we use detergent and bacteria killer specifically made for hot tubs – if you would like us to clean the hot tub in your presence, please ask us.
4.23 We bring enough chemicals with us for your hire period and we will show you how to use them.
4.24 To ensure the water in the hot tub is always clean and ready for use during your hire period you must ensure everyone showers before using the hot tub and all traces of dirt, makeup, moisturiser, creams etc must be cleaned from your body before use. The water in the hot tub will be clean when we leave, it is up to you to keep it that way. The only way the water can get dirty is if you put it there.

4.25 Do not add bubble bath, foam bath or washing up liquid of any description unless we supply it.
4.26 Anyone with a fake tan of any description must not use the hot tub.
4.27 Damage to your property Charlie’s Angels Parties will not be held responsible for any damages to your property through hiring out our Hot Tub. This includes any water damage or weight damage to structures, fixtures, fittings, garden or grass areas as a result of the hot tub location.
4.28 It is the hirer’s full responsibility to make sure the area where the hot tub is going to be placed in suitable and will not cause any damage.
4.29 Things like the filled weight of the tub (800-1600 ltrs = 180 – 360 gal of water) on the surface needs to be considered as well as the amount of water that will be displayed on the floor.
4.30 We do not recommend hot tubs go indoors as we cannot take responsibility for water spills. We can however put it indoors at your own risk.
4.31 Limits of liability All the times and dates we quote for delivery or collecting the goods are approximate, we will not be liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4.32 If the hot tub breaks down or stops working, we will determine the problem as soon as possible after you have reported it to us, and then try to repair or replace it as soon as possible.
4.33 We will not be responsible for any damage caused to your property or persons.
4.34 Lost, stolen, damaged or unclean hired hot tubs You the hirer are responsible for looking after the hot tub and returning it to us in the same condition and good working order as they were received by you the hirer.
4.44 You must pay to us the cost of replacing any hot tub which is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond any economical repair. You should ensure the hot tub for the replacement cost.
4.45 If you do not willingly pay for any damaged replacement part or stolen hot tub we will pursue a claim in the small claims court.
4.46 Our right of access We may enter any land or premises where we reasonably believe the hot tub to be, on the agreed date and time of collection at the end of the agreed hire period.
4.47 Other terms If any term in this contract cannot be enforced or agreed to, then the hire of Charlie’s Angels Parties equipment will not be supplied.
4.48 By hiring our hot tub, you the hirer agree to release Charlie’s Angels Parties and any of its employees from any and all liabilities incurred during the hire or use of the hot tub.
4.49 On hiring the hot tub you agree to accept our Term and Conditions and acknowledge that the use of the hot tub is at you, the hirers, own risk. Grassed areas are not ideal but, in some cases, where the grass is firm, level with no risk of puncture, we will allow it. A hot tub will cause some discolouration to grass and for periods over 3 days, this could cause permanent damage. Decking is ok; however, you must check that it can take the weight of the water and people in it.

4.50 We cannot be held responsible for any decking collapse.
